Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Junior Lecturer to join our team at the Polytechnic College in Purba Bardhaman. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and industry engagement in the Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics department.

Responsibilities

1. Teaching: Teach undergraduate students in the Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics department.

2. Course Development: Develop and update curriculum, syllabus, and course materials.

3. Research: Conduct research in areas related to Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering.

4. Industry Engagement: Collaborate with industry partners for project-based learning, internships, and consulting.

5. Assessment: Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.

6. Administrative Tasks: Participate in departmental meetings, committee work, and other administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

1. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering.

- Master's degree in relevant field (preferable).

1. Experience:

- 1+ years of teaching or industry experience.

- Experience in research and industry engagement (preferable).

1. Skills:

- Excellent communication and teaching skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits

1. Salary: Competitive salary (Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 21,000 per month). BASED ON INTERVIEW
